Installing Trezor Suite
In the following steps we will create a Timelock-Recovery plan using Trezor, from a passphrase wallet to the standard wallet.
If you don’t use a passphrase wallet and only want to create a recovery plan from your standard wallet to a second wallet (for example, a friend’s wallet), make sure you have an address from the second wallet. Then follow the instructions on this page to install the Trezor Suite app (required to use RITREK with a Trezor device), and skip to Installing RITREK and creating your first Recovery plan.
The RITREK Anrdoid app can be installed from:
Once installed, you will be able to connect your Trezor hardware wallet and see its information:

The app will never ask you to enter the 24/12 words seed-phrase on your phone, or to enter a new seed-phrase from an external source! The seed-phrase should never leave your hardware wallet and never be typed on an online phone/computer. If you see something like that, you might have installed a phishing app that is trying to scam you.
The RITREK Android app works only with SegWit wallets, whose addresses start with "bc1q...". As of 2026, this is the default wallet type used by most hardware wallets.
If you are not sure which wallet format you use, click Receive to see one of your wallet addresses. If you are using a legacy wallet (addresses that begin with "1" or "3") or a Taproot wallet (addresses that begin with "bc1p..."), you will need to send your Bitcoin to a SegWit wallet.
